Very professional. Sought to provide education of one’s own hearing and how (modern) hearing aids can assist to provide clarity to those areas which aren’t as sharp as they have have been years past. NOT pressured to buy on the spot this first visit. (I would have been gone in a flash of that was their ‘game plan.’)
