2nd attempt: Life-long hearing issues have afforded ample opportunities for me to assess services which support hearing loss issues and NewSound quickly floats to the top of my personal stack. They provide high quality technology which is required and not unusual. Their environment is comfortable and not extravagant. But, form the time you walk in the door, it's their caring professional-personal approach which clearly sets them apart. Warm greetings always have been extended from the front end and knowledgeable, technical, professional examination and assessment, with full-flow information exchange, crucial for me, has always and constantly been woven into their service.
