I had to leave my Left Hearing Aid because it was coming in and out and they are going to send it to the Company and have it looked at by them. "comment": "Joel is incredibly thorough. He is the hearing doctor guy. He is so thorough so wonderful he thinks of everything out of the box. He uses up-to-date technology. My mom is 91 and wolf hearing clinic gave her some horrible hearing aids for over $5000 that never worked for her and she could never fit them in her ear. But with Joel he did a special laser fitting and made these hearing aids specifically for my mom\u2018s ears and has an old lady with arthritic hands she is now able to put her hearing aids in and out in here. We\u2019ve already been back three times to adjust to hearing aids and every time they are more than happy they take so much time with us they act like we are their family. This is a great place",

I would say they are some of the most knowledgeable and honest people I have ever encountered. They do not try to sell you something you that you do not need. I finally got him in as he said \u201cif you get tested, I\u2019ll get a test.\u201d Appointment made, and my husband is sporting his new hearing aides.\n\nThe staff was great, and they took the time to not only examine us, but they also took the time to explain everything involved as we went along.\n\nAs my husband was fitted with his hearing aides Joel took the time to explain why my husband was struggling with different aspects of his hearing. It made my husband feel better understanding what was causing his biggest problems and what the hearing aide will do to correct his problems.\n\nJoel also explained that it will take some time to fine tune the hearing aide as it is customized to my husband\u2019s own hearing needs. My husband needs to pay attention to what he feels are problems, and Joel will be able to ask questions to help figure out what can be done to get the desired outcome with my husband\u2019s hearing.",

Just yesterday i had a hearing test but had no intention of new hearing aids. Joel suggested the new Intrique Hearing Aids as they would give me more sound clarity. After only a day they have been such a game changer. I have heard sounds that I never heard with my other hearing aids. I can\u2019t believe the difference. They are expensive but when it makes me hear like this they are totally worth it.",
